Amelia Dalphonse, MS, BCBA

Behavior & Practicum Director

Amelia Dalphonse is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She achieved her Master’s in ABA from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Her passion is helping children with autism and those who live and work with them. She has worked in this field since 2009 and strives to change the field of ABA to better respect the rights of the individual.


Additionally, Amelia co-founded Master ABA with her twin sister, Dianna Kelly, bringing over 13 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Known for her innovative, client-centered approach, Amelia is passionate about driving positive change in the field by prioritizing empathy and integrity.


As a leader in ABA education, Amelia develops practical strategies that empower practitioners to align their work with their core values while providing compassionate care. Her work inspires BCBAs® to think creatively and apply ethical practices that drive meaningful results. Amelia also co-leads the Beyond Boundaries: Freedom Frameworks program, which supports BCBAs® in building ethical, sustainable careers outside of insurance-funded services.
