Explore Opportunities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®)

  • This is the entry-level certification
  • Requires a High School Diploma or GED, complete a 40-hour training course and pass a Background Check and the RBT certification exam
  • RBTs directly implement ABA programs under the close supervision of a BCBA® or BCaBA®

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analist (BCaBA®)

  • Intermediate level of ABA practitioner
  • Must posees a bachelor's degree
  • Perform Assessments and Develop Behavior Plans under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA who is responsible for the work they perform
  • Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Deliver Services to clients

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®)

  • Highest level of ABA practitioner with a Master's degree or PhD in behavior analysis
  • Conducts comprehensive assessments and develops individualized treatment plans
  • Provides supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA®) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT®)
